    I assume current production or a colt cowboy SAA.

    But those few details can make or break an auction listing.

    Mike as listed a Colt SSA and the serial number S48942A is clearly shown in two photos. I have tried to call Colt for some info but so far no joy. I am in fact on hold with Colt service as I type this. The owner is dead so that's all I got right now. He'll no it's not a Cowboy.

    Just the first thing I noticed about the description was no sense of time frame or generation and we all know how much that effects value and desirability.

    BTW I had a colt SAA cowboy that was stunning

    I was trying to be helpful not add to yourself grief.
