Maple Oreo
That is one sweet treat. Saw an ad for them about a month back and been on the look out for them but could not find them in the grocery stores. So I was at Target and I thought the ad was from there so I went a looking. Found them. Maple flavor is okay but the creme is grainy for some reason. I wonder if the grain is the chemical maple flavoring? Also the creme filling's kind a skimpy. Been kind a used to the volume on the Red Velvet ones. I guess they got me spoiled? Too bad I'm out of Maple Crown Royal.

Don't sound to good to me Yosh! Then, I cannot stomach maple flavored bacon, sausage, or most other products that were never meant to taste like maple!

My brother's in laws own a dairy farm in VT and do sugaring each season. When i was a kid we visited for the week end and helped empty the pales and hung out at the sugaring house. As the pale sugar boiled he'd through hot dogs in it, dip donuts and made maple sugar snow cones, it's a pretty cool memory. That was 35 years ago. That grade A amber was like liquid gold helped them come close to breaking even on their farming. Tough lifestyle, small family farming. 0 -
Insert hurling emogie here. Can't stand oreos, not really a fan of maple. The combo sounds awful. 0 -
