    That is my breakfast or a snack when taking Chemo. Peanut butter on an English muffin. Protein and easy on the stomach!

    Absolutely. I like peanut butter on toast. When I was younger I always ate chunky style. After extensive bridge work, I changed to creamy.

    I too like peanut butter toast. I had to switch from crunchy to smooth because of diverticulitis trouble a couple of years ago. When I need a bit of something sweet, I add a little honey to the PBT and it takes care of the craving.

    This post hit a very old memory. Kind of a movie buff and if anyone remembers "PT-109" with Cliff Robertson, when they were getting the boat ready for deployment and a new crew together. Kennedy hired on a cook that could barely boil water. When the commander questioned the "cook" if he had any hot food, He replied "Yes". Kennedy passing by says jokingly, "Hot food!"

    It's PB and American cheese for me, either breakfast on toast or plain bread for a snack on the golf course. Much less messy than honey or jelly and added protein.

    I ate dinner a couple of hours ago, but I've had PB on my mind, so I had a slice of wheat toast with Jiff. It tasted pretty darned good.

    Heck, I like peanut butter on almost anything! Take a bowl of vanilla ice cream, and stir in some PB and drizzle honey all over it. One of my Dad's favorites. :D

    PB on toast with my moms Raspberry Jam is by far the best.

    OB on buttered toast is better.

    A couple of strips of bacon puts it over the top.

    I always butter the toast before spreading on the peanut butter!! To darn dry if I don't!

    pb and jelly on toast with a big glass of milk, almost allways fills that hunger craving when you just don't know what you want........... also got the grandkids hooked on pb and jelly on waffles/pancakes for breakfast got to where I like it myself now
