You ain't fooling us, you're ten months late. 0 -
There's a few places here that have already been playing Christmas music for several weeks. I think there should be a rule. Absolutely no Christmas music before Halloween in stores and Thanksgiving for the radio; preferably later. There's a radio station here in OK that every year advertises they play Christmas music only one day; on Christmas. Except, shortly before, they will play exactly one Christmas song and it is a cue to call for a Christmas cash give away. Two stations get removed from presets each year for around a couple of months and added back after New Years. 0 -
No Christmas until after Thanksgiving.
We get so busy looking forward to the next great thing (often to be disappointed) that we forget to enjoy the here and now.0 -
And I would like to say we have 2 Months until Kwanzaa!
This year Kwanzaa starts on Thursday December 26th so get your candles and your Dashiki ready!

Sam, I somehow thought you were somewhat lighter skinned.
That dashiki hat thingee, looks good on you though.
Happy Kwanza Brother.

I'm FIGHTING myself to keep from putting the tree up. I'm telling you guys if I can stop myself from putting the tree up before Halloween I'll be pretty proud of myself. 0 -

I still have flashbacks from being a Retail Manager, (hardcore outdoor equipment/adventure store.) for apprx 27 years. Forced to listen to Christmas music non-stop, day after day, from Thanksgiving on.
I had a dream just this past week, trapped in that Retail environment, and all the frustrations that went along with it. Woke up sweating.
The stories I could tell. All my friends said that I "should write a book."0
