  I remember reading an article in a gun rag about the LeMag carbines in .45 Win Mag. The only thing that would lead me to believe that is who did the conversion is the synthetic stock itself. I guess it didn't take many rounds to split and/or simply wreck a standard wood stock, and that synthetic one was the only way to go. I want to say they were working on a .50 AE version too, but can't recall where that project went, if it did beyond the idea itself. Well, that and attempting to convert M-14s to .338 Win Mag.... :shock:
