    only in kaliforina :(:(
I can not image the frustration of the people dealing with this every day . ( I know they elected well most of them I will guess there leaders )
its so far out of control and no good answer to keep the liberals happy ( the original meaning ) obvious throwing countless millions of tax dollars is not working and just burning up so much money that could be used in a good way
if I lived there I would do my best to transport all of them ( druggies and homeless ) to the nearest politicians property every day if needed , with a bag of taco bell and a double dose of exlax :D:D

The boulders on the sidewalks didn't last long. Several days ago the news carried a story about them being removed.

The ONLY way to eliminate the vast majority of the homeless (many are homeless because they WANT to be) is to stop providing all the free stuff for them...free food, welfare, health care, dental care, clothing, cash, drugs, needles, cell phones, etc. etc. etc. Once the free stuff ends and they become responsible for themselves, the numbers will dwindle quickly...except for those who are mentally unstable....and those should be put back into those 'nut houses' they were let out of a few decades ago by the liberal politicians.

I knew some guy that wanted to go around stealing landscaping boulders off people's lawns. I said what??? u krazy
he said yes! really! you can get $300 for those.
    he was serious.
if true, they will figure that out and steal the boulders.

Quick&Dead - I heard the "boulders" weren't beg enough and "folks" pushed them in to the road. That is why the city took them away. I also heard the city will replace them with "city approved" larger boulders so folks couldn't push them in to the road.

The thing I don't get is they could still get a fat pay day if they sold their house with a "poop stoop". Now my conspiracy leaning mind wonders if this is the way "developers" with the blessing of the city to free up property. I'm thinking city wide event like the movie " Pacific Heights". Like hey say follow the money.
