machinist wanted

I need a titanium spanner nut with an internal thread M25x1.0 turned into an M27x1.0
The guy who used to help with my crazy one-off pieces got a real job and isn't available, so....
I don't really know anyone locally who wants to waste time on something like this.
So I figured maybe one of you guys could help.

Seems like a simple enough job to me, but I'm not a machinist, right?
Everything looks easy on TV!
The gold nut is the correct size, the silver one is 2mm small.

    if I had to guess, I would say forge could do it, just not sure you could sweet talk him into doing it... ;)

    We had a world class machinist in the forum, but he only knew how to drill holes smaller. Hopefully someone can fill his shoes and lend a hand.

    It is doable,

    Minor diameter of M27 x 1 is greater than the major diameter of the M25 x 1.

    We could do it, but would want to have the mating threaded part to verify the threads once complete.

    Those are very fine threads, and while easily programable and machinable, getting a proper result on a one-off, particularly in titatium, is not simple.

    Look for a nearby shop with CNC lathe capability. I would think you could get it done for under $ 150.00. If the shop does this type of thing on a regular basis, it could be less, as they may not have to machine a steel test sample first.
