woman cop who killed neighbor gets cozy with judge after her minimal sentence.....judge gives her a hug and a bible and encouraging words.....should have given her A MEANINGFUL SENTENCE not just token time...but...move on ..nothing to see here...

But agree- she murdered someone in their own home.0 -
judges almost always determine a sentence...jury can find innocent or guilty but the judge sets the conditions of the finding 0 -
Im not a lawyer but in this case it mist certainly was the jury, not the judge who handed down tthe sentence.

The jury apparently saw some mitigating factors. It was a unanimous decision by the jury on the sentence. 0 -
So now that the #1 witness against the officer is shot dead dealing drugs .......
Do you think his credibility would be called into question being a black drug dealer who would most likely LIE against a PD officer like they almost ALWAYS do?
