Hydraulic concrete

We have a hairline+ crack on an inside corner in the crawl space 4' wall. It leaks occasionally when it rains. Would an application of hydraulic concrete prevent water from seeping thru? If so, what brand name would you recommend? Thanks

  I've used DryLok fast plug. You'll probably have to widen the gap to get the cement in where it can seal.
