  Any assault rifle is what being imagined by them. Even though M-14's is what a minute man would have had if living today.I suspect a self loading 308 deer rifle will be banned also. In fact all semi auto's will be banned period,regardless of any magazine fixed or not.

  They can get the second batch - right after they get the first batch
  
  Of course, the third batch comes next (and probably easier).

  I think only the 50 caliber AR15's that weigh as much as 10 moving boxes are the only ones they will ban.
