Dinner? (Nevermind)
About 6 thin sliced mesquite marinaded boneless pork chops. Salt/pepper. Sautee'd in EVOO, with Siriracha hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. A very large rough diced Vidalia onion over all. Cover/lid placed on top. Steamed, cooked down, till onions soft. Pork chops falling apart.
Loaded mashed potatoes, with a fair amount of fine diced onion shoots/greens from the vidalia onions mentioned previously, some onions from the skillet of pork chops.
A fair amount (double hand full) of fresh thin green beans. Broken in to 1- 1 1/2" pieces. EVOO/Butter, salt/pepper. About 1/4 cup water. Steamed/sautee'd in a small covered pot. Tons of the sautee'd onions from the pork chops added in, towards the end. (Wish I had some fresh garlic, super fine diced.)
A pot of Ramen noodles, with EVOO, and a hand full of the Vidalia onion greens, fine diced. A pat of butter.About a tablespoon of the very hot tomatoe based chili sauce (tons of hot seeds) from the Chinese buffet Sushi bar. Super spicy.

On realizing I might run out of beer on Sun. (You can not buy beer in our county on Sun.)
I made a beer run with the dog. (His favorite thing ever.) Not only going for "a ride," but getting copious amounts of Love and treats from the Girls there. (They LOVE him.) Got a 16" Slim Jim in small bites, much love and petting.
Called in an order to Mike's BBQ. On the way. (Killer stuff.) Shaved thin sliced pit smoked Pork shoulder./butt. Got a Platter, with a large side of fries. BBQ, fries, bbq beans, cole slaw, Already comes with fries, just wanted more. Good stuff.
Got mega Love on the dog at each stop. He is such a Glutton for attention/love. People who say they have been "Terrified," of Pits, have to come put their hands on him. He is such a loveable mutt. Obviously craving the attention/Love.
Saving the other food for tomorrow.
