Is this thing really worth the $700 the owner originally paid for it?? Wow....

Thanks for the link. Bidding on his Tanfoglio .45/.40. 0 -
$50 shipping for the knife seemed steep to me.. 0 -
Pat and Wes Crawford are well known custom knife makers from Arkansas and command a premium for their full custom blades. I have three of the Leopard knives Pat designed for Benchmade back in the 1980's. That giant folder could certainly have cost that much. It is however 20 years old and looks like it has seen hard use. I would worry about the ivory scales cause they looked cracked to me. 0 -

$50 for shipping on the handgun, seemed steep to me as well. Took that in to account, on my bid.
Some people, with an FFL, ...........................................As Mark C. stated earlier in a previous post, can put a handgun in a $12.50 flat rate (small) box. All day everyday.
Stupid business practice. IMHO.0 -
I would not pay that much to ship that knife. It will go into a small flat rate USPS Priority box and with insurance wouldn't cost more than $20.00. 0 -

Not to mention, the "$50 shipping."

If an FFL charges him a fee on top of the shipping price $50 might not be to far off..0 -

If I win it at my Max bid, it is all good.

Don't you have Springs, to look for?
Had a wierd dream last night. Saw a few random springs laying on the ground. I thought, "Ricci could use these." No lie. (Seriously.) How weird is that? Totally Serious. Crazy stuff.
