No winner here
Neighbor has a small terrier that is unruly. Other day I got out of the truck to get my mail and it came at me mouth full of teeth. Made it to the truck before it got me. I yelled out the truck window to keep the alligator home . Same thing today.. running loose and it almost got me again. They were not home. So I reckon they will most likely be mad tomorrow when the animal control folks visit them. Made it real simple.. notify them I will shoot it next time.

Had a neighbor's German Shepherd chase my daughter all the way to our front door many years ago. Called them and put them on notice. I had to shoot it the next day when it came at me in my yard. The owners tried to get me to pay them $1000 for the "Pedigreed" danger to society. Nope, not gonna happen! 0 -
My neighbor had a dog like that. They had several dogs. As I was leaving one day, when I got out of the car to open the gate, the dog run up and bit my shoe by sticking it's head under the gate. I ran them off and told the wife to be careful. As she came home, the dogs ran at her. She fired a shot from her 45 in the ground that ran the dogs off. The neighbor came out and questioned her. She said the dogs came at her and had bitten me.
About a week later there were no dogs. I asked about the dogs and was told that one of the dogs had died in their house of rabies so they got rid of them.0 -
Fast answer from the county. They are coming today to pick up their mailed complaint and speak to owner. I had a choice for a warning or fine and I went with the warning. Maybe they will keep it home. 0 -
No excuse what so ever for bad behavior dogs impacting others, or for that matter bad kids either, too bad you can't call Animal control on the rats in the hood LOL 0
