"Maybe it'll be empty other than the tee shirt folks selling Trump tees?"

Probably not a bunch of demand for Newsome tees at the gun show.

I cannot imagine how it is that state has not been sued into oblivion and politicians thrown in prison for taking away people's constitutional rights.

Sad thing to hear about, but CA has more DEMOCRATs controlling government than any other state in the union. Things will only get worse and with DEMOCRATs, they make laws with little regard to our US CONS. IMHO, it is only a matter of time which state on the West coast is the first to implement an AWB.

Reno is a nice place to live or at least it was in the 1980's when I lived there. Pack up and move somewhere else. It's a big country.

Sounds to me like it is time to leave CA.

I did in 1993, don't regret it a single bit!

    That is really sad!

Also, gone are the days of the great Crossroads of the West Gun Show at the Pomona Fairgrounds (5000+ tables). I bought a lot of high quality Winchester Lever Actions and Colt Single Actions at that show. The show at the Delmar Fairgrounds was a good one too!

Crossroads is about done in Vegas too. They are the last of the larger, regular Shows.

    Damn Stinking Hippy's.

It was smaller. People still buying ammo and must gotten approved since they were wheeling out carts of them. I was shocked to see the small time "hobby" re-loaders there (at least that what I think they are). Saw a table of folks trying to get newsome re-called. One woman was getting all agro at me since I told them this is California, democrat owned. Then one of the ladies pointed out grey davis. To that I pointed out California wasn't bad like it is now. What was that like late '90s? Okay it was 2003 (googled it). I figure all those signed will be on the dem watch list. Doing them all the leg work so they know who they are.

Found the ammo can I was searching for there. A 30mm can (I thought they were 20mm) I first stopped by the Mountain View Surplus since it was on my way to the gun show but no gots. Near the end of the isles at the show I see one kicking around but no seller/attendants. I could've just kept on walking after picking it up :D. I asked dude if they had more since I wanted two but one is all they had. I was told by them the ammo can dude I was looking for doesn't do Cow Palace any more. Something about dude's age and living in Central Valley.

Saw the Comp-Mag people. Kind a surprised seeing them there. They haven't been there for like two years or so but I guess being the last two shows they made the drive. I was informed they're on schedule on the AR10 mags so my "MATEN" build will have one. Seeing all those AR10 magazine go unused saddens me. I suppose I could build the other two stripped receiver?

I was told one in Vallejo (sp?) will continue to have shows. It'll be closer but smaller. I'll need to check them out.

Trump wear had some funnies. One slogan was something like "Trump making liberals cry since 2016" and the typical Trump 2020.

buschmaster - Sue? It's dem owned including the courts, 9th included.

chiefr - AWB? Yeah I'm sure newsomes on that one for 2020 or the next shooting done by California resident.

Yes move but where and if I'll like it there. Oklahoma that state never crossed my mind :D. There was the line from "Love And A .45" where young Zelwegger as a Texan told dude "I'll follow you to Oklahoma" like something someone might say "I'll follow you into Hell". So thanks? Question. If I were to ask "where the white women at" would I get a good kicking or bar full of laughter or get "here take my sister" :D?

Oklahoma for the Tulsa Arms Show Yosh (http://www.tulsaarmsshow.com/), April AND Nov. I would not suggest you move there, you might be the only Japanese American in the state. Besides, they are short on oceans if not beaches. It is a show of 4000+- tables, so lots to see and you get your steps in for the day. We never seem to come home without something, even though there is not one single thing we need. Sometimes we didn't even know we wanted one of those.

Any gun owner will fit right into Oklahoma. And, in OKC they don't have a shortage of Asians. We have a whole Asian district. If one is craving something from that region, a trip down N.W. 23rd street will fix you right up. :P

We are a completely Republican state. That is not to say we don't have the other side, they just don't matter.:mrgreen: The last election, OK and WV were the only two states that no voting districts were won by Dems. I hate to get into Dem vs Rep, so I'll stop here.

I like most everything here except these:
Red dirt. I was born on black dirt, grew up on black dirt. Red dirt just isn't natural. LOL
Sand burrs. Those things can be real pricks.
According to something I read recently, we have every type of land type except permafrost and ocean front.

While we may not have the best scenery, our sunrise and sunsets are second to none.
Near the OKC area, there are several great gun ranges to choose from. I am a member at one, and I shoot my pistols at my house.

You are a tad short on mountains too, and no, Black Mesa does not qualify.
