    I clicked the link and got nothing
    I would think if you are going to be involved where this might be used you need to carry maylox and ear plugs

    I wonder if it would work on my neighbors barking dogs, since I couldn't use it on my neighbor for having pets with no purpose and leaving them in a kennel for days with no attention except to feed and water them.
