only if you live in a nontaxable housing or a blue plastic tarp close to the social agencies front door....only if you have no income to be ripped away by the IRS....own nothing that can be licensed or owe fees .... especially if you meet all the standards to receive all the many program benefits they plan .....for FREE...and can receive a travel service to the voting booth.....vouchers to the thrift shops....oh and manage this close to a hospital emergency room for medical service (feel a sniffle coming on) ???? yepper the AMERICAN DREAM
