Don't spend it all in one place. KCC, the law firm representing the plaintiffs, went to court earlier this year asking that their share of the settlement be increased by around $650K. The motion was approved and most of that money came out of the settlement fund, which probably cost you about thirty cents. I remember when the lawsuit was gaining traction and people were told nonsense like getting $25 in cash or fifty bucks in Starkist coupons. Cash your check and then enjoy a big tuna sandwich. 0 -

My guess, laywers got 50 to 100 million each J.Q. public gets 2.00 same old story 0 -

I just did a quick search for other possible class action lawsuits you may win. I don't know for sure, but you could get all the way up to maybe $20.
