DeSantis Pocket Holster for Kel-Tec P-3AT or Ruger LCP
I found this DeSantis N38BJG5Z0 # G5 pocket holster that I purchased that seems to work better than the other brands of pocket holsters I've used in the past for my Kel-Tec P-3AT. Plus the price at $17.91 was not bad either.
It's got a rubber pebble type finish on the outside that clings to the pocket and it's lined on the inside that makes for a smooth surface where the gun can be drawn without pulling the holster our of your pocket. It also completely covers the trigger guard. That rubber type finish should also protect the gun from sweat.
Since 2003 I've worn out a bunch of Uncle Mike's, including Bull Dog and a couple of other brand pocket holsters. They all come out of the pocket when you draw your gun the majority of the time. So far this DeSantis stays put.
Time will tell how durable it is.

I bought a Guru Dave's circa 96 for my early generation P3AT. My other one, I don't see any logo on it, just my monogram. It is slightly larger and has a spot for an extra magazine. The Guru Dave works better in shorts and khaki's and the latter one works better in jeans or anything else with larger pockets. They both look very slightly worn, but not bad considering that gun has been in my pocket in one of these two holsters every time I have left the house the last 23 years; even while on the mower, and even when I am carrying my 10mm. If you wear these out, you might check these out. The 2nd holster has some type of grippy material on the outside, but it is not as grippy as neoprene for instance. Honestly, I think it is about right. If you'd like the actual pictures, pm me and I'll send you a pic of them side by side. I can't say a bad thing about either of these holsters; or the Kel-tec P3AT itself for that matter.
The 1st ones is an older version of these: http://gurupocketholsters.com/Kel-Tec_Pocket-Wallet_Holster/kel-tec_pocket-wallet_holster.html
The 2nd one looks very similar, but not exactly like this one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/371124825513236151/0 -
I?m still on the same Galco Pocket Holster I bought for my LCP back in 2011. Still holding up great. 0 -
...or the DeSantis 'Maverick',,, 0 -
talon, works great with my p3-at w/crimson trace. profile looks like a wallet, slip your hand behind the outer 'flap' & draw, the holster stays put. 0 -
We have one of those,it has served us well. Not used for every day carry, but still, have had it for 6+ years.
If you'd like a belt holster, take a look at the DeSantis 'Maverick' leather holster.0
