don't know if you watced the WVU- North Carolina state game, but at the end WVU took a kneel on the extra point instead of kicking the score was 44-27, my question why?? what advantage? Had NC blocked and run the block back it still would have been 44-29 a 3 score game either way. I just can't figure why he didn't go ahead and kick, miss or make it made no difference, let the kicker get another point after for his record........

    My son and I were discussing this. I believe this is the first time I have ever seen this. I don't understand this either. You kick the extra point and it puts you up by 18. It then takes two touchdowns, 2 two point conversions and then a field goal to beat you, which would be almost impossible with the amount of time that was left. It will be interesting to hear the reasoning behind this decision.

    to me that is the only answer.............but over/under was 46 wvu allready 44, nc 27,and spread was 7, still don't make sense let 2nd or 3rd string kick extra point

    Watched the game but not sure why they did this. Keeping options pine I think. No chance of giving up too many points if a mistake occurred.
