Police Officer Blazed a Local Vagrant Today

A local police officer spotted one of the local "criminal transients" that was a known convicted felon, and also had newer outstanding felony warrants. The officer approached the subject to arrest him. Subject stated he was not going back to prison, and then drew a handgun from inside his clothing and took off running. Another officer down the block gave chase on foot, and caught up with subject. Subject drew down on the officer, and the officer made the subject's statement come true. He ain't goin' back to prison alright.

    1st glad all the LEO got to home but sorry they had put down and now live with killing a POS that should have never been on the streets

    I still think any judge , parole board or who ever granting early release should be personally responsible for any one they deem OK
    be it money in restitution for any crime committed after the release or even back to prison with there new buddy for the crimes

    the treatment of these types are following the catch and release program for illegals till after half a dozen deports they are back and maim or kill a citizen.....a real DISSERVICE to the victim..should NEVER have happened..and then a stupid prosecutor, jury , and judge believes the gun just WENT OFF and turn em loose AGAIN........??????????...THAT is the REAL crime
