CZ P10 Compact 9mm
I have always been fond of CZ's, but this is my first CZ polymer framed pistol. Although CZ claims that this is a "compact" pistol, it is virtually identical in size as my Walther PPQ M2 Navy, and a bit longer than my Sig Sauer P320 9mm Tac Ops, both of which are full sized. If you like Glocks then you'll feel right at home with the P-10: takedown uses the same two tiny levers and the trigger has the typical Glock feel. The P-10 has magazine release buttons on both sides of the frame and both are quite stiff. Ditto the twin slide release levers: very stiff. I imagine that these will wear in with use, but right now they are a pain to operate. Two 17 round magazines are included in the plastic case along with interchange able grip straps (small size came installed on the pistol), and a few basic cleaning tools. The pistol truly is suppressor ready with the expected 1/2X28 threads at the muzzle. I run an AAC Ti-Rant 9mm suppressor and had no issues attaching the can on this pistol. The OEM sights are true suppressor height sights, and are also three-dot night sights, which is a nice little bonus. I'll take the CZ out to the range later this week and put it through its paces.
