computer problem

I have a dell inspiron with windows 10. in the past I have been able to remove pictures from my camera to the computer and upload them on IMGUR, where I could share them on different sites.
I now can get the pictures to the computer, but now I can't get them to IMGUR to share
no problems with my old computer
any ideas

  thanks. I just did that
  I somehow feel it is on my end. maybe I clicked the wrong thing?
  I have no problem with my old windows 7 posting pictures
