William J. Larkin Jr., NY State Senator
Bill passed away last Saturday at 91. Served as a legislator for 40 years and fought in Philippines and Korea. He was a champion of the homeless, hunters and gunners in New York State and Veterans all over the world. It would be impossible to list all his accomplishments here.
He was one of only 17 legislators who had the courage to stand tall and challenge King Cuomo on the NY Safe (unsafe) Act of 2013. Rest in Peace Bill, we shall miss you.

I have met him on several occasions through my work at the New York State Military Museum. He was a true gentleman.. 0
