Young reluctant deputy - both
Bad guy held for Marshall - both
John Wayne gets girl at end of movie - both
Hot chicks, Angie Dickinson and Michelle Carey
Seems like 50 years ago they were no better at coming up with new ideas than they are today.

I liked Audie Murphy movies better. He was for real, not a pretend hero like Marion Robert Morrison. 0 -

Plus you have a young Angie Dickenson
El Dorado is good too but its on TV too much.

Rio Lobo has a different plot but does have Jennifer O'Neill and Jack Elam who is one of the best character actors of all time. Bob 0 -

That?s a hard one because there are great actors in both. But if I have to choose it has to be El Dorado. 0
