give him a break at lest he is trying
maybe not the best out fit to weld in and gives the paint yourself in a corner a new twist . possibly a few cards short a full deck also

It is surprising how many places in the world, people manage to get by with out OSHA or the refinements we take for granted as necessary. May not be the best form, or safest, but whatever gets the job done gets the job done.
