  While red bull uses a synthetic compound the natural source is bull semen...
  
  Along with Meth and Oxycontin Hitler consumed large quantities of taurine before his public speeches and important meetings...
  
  Of course in that era there was no synthetic variant so good little Adolf got his all natural and straight from the tap...

  Purportedly he was scheduled to have a meeting with Mussolini because il duce wanted to back out of the war and axis - only using his troops to depose the grand nagus in Ethiopia and dominate the med - perhaps gain some Colonies and rebansrealm - control of the French coast and naval facilities
  
  He feared losing entire army groups in Russia or the caucuses - having Turk's or Greeks or other implacable daunting traditional religious and cultural foes...
  
  He wanted to move bus headquarters to the Swiss alpine border region and hold onto what gains he had - pouring troops into Ethiopia and bunkering down - adopting native or colonial troops as fixed defense forces...

  Hours later he emerged like the the devil incarnate - manic and on point all powerful.
