Yep, I'm not surprised, isn't the "Going to the Sun" road ( one of the most spectacular drives in the United States , I might add) only clear 7-8 weeks out of the year ? Took that drive over 37 years ago, still remember.

Well yeah, you are damn near the tundra there. Meanwhile here in the desert it is upper 80's.
