  My wife retired in 2013 from 35 years of teaching. Now she is busier then when she was teaching.

  I have sold some rental properties, have 1 foreclosure home remodeled for sale soon, one rental for sale and one rental pending sale. Going to keep about 4 houses for income and selling everything else after the above are sold. I will use a manager on the 4 left so we won't be tied to the community and can travel.
