Movie about Liberals killing Conservatives

There are alot of news stories and has the "Right" side fired up over it. NBC Universal has cancelled the release of the movie, which was due to hit theatres late September. Here is the trailer for the movie:

My take on it is this...the premise of the movie looks like one of the many movies that have been made with the exact same story. I also believe, just by watching the trailer, that the bad ass blond chick that seems to be kicking butt is one of the "deplorables" and will most likely ultimately win the engagement. So, our side wins, why are we mad? Supposedly there is some dialog in the movie regarding "did you see what our commander in chief did now, well lets start they day off right, by hunting a dozen deplorables" or something to that effect.

What do you guys think?

    Seems a little far fetched. Libs killing babies and old helpless folks makes sense.

    Liberals killing Conservatives seems a stretch. Could be a election strategy especially with the delay tactic now. Under the guise of the shootings...

    The backlash was apparently viscous and overwhelming. How long was this in the news? A whopping two or three days from the time the news broke to the time it was cancelled. Universal and the people associated with thi film are still not out of the woods yet, as I see it.

    Jim, I thought so too, after watching a trailer to see what it was. It was more Liberals "hunting" Conservatives, and Conservatives killing Liberals. Universal pulled it after the backlash, and has already changed the title from "Blue State vs Red State".

    Our local news simply stated that a movie about people hunting humans was cancelled. They left out the part that the libitards were the aggressors hunting conservatives.
