They pass a red flag law and its game over. Trump tweeted support for it. They pass one and he wont be reelected. Socialism here we come.

    If you display "violent behavior" you will be red flagged. Who gets to define "violent behavior"? The government abuse that will take place will be astounding! Trump supporter? You racist! Thats violent behavior! Your red flagged.

    The federal politicians are not proposing a federal Red Flag law, what they are proposing is legislation that would provide support to states to create Red Flag laws. This is a state issue, the federal government is not going to get involved in investigating these issues, what their goal is to expand the Red Flag protective orders through the land.

    I regard them as the newest attempt to usurp the Constitution. They are ushering in an era of thought police, ex parte orders wiping away the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments. Once in place the threshold, which is already low can be lowered and diluted to include using political speech as a mechanism to strip someone of the right to bear arms. Many milk toast republicans have jumped on board in an attempt to appear "reasonable" to the masses.

    Elect a democrat and not a single civilian will be able to own/possess a firearm 'cause they are firearm abolitionists.

    I/you/we need to be more careful about comments we make even in confidence or the privacy of our own homes. I'm concerned about some comments I've made to my spouse lately of my discontent with numerous occurrences and "groups". Taken out of context, many comments we make could end up with a "red flag".

    They can't house & feed all the convicted people in prison now. Much less all the new ones they are creating with red flag laws. But their interpretations of what The Bill of Rights say and do, can disarm us from our firearms in the name of peace and security. Which is how they will convince us it's for our own good. Right?

First secret terrorist courts now thought police, who would have guessed! :D Heck in Isreal they have face recognition that can discern if you are a terrorist now!

    With Democrats trying to burn the constitution and now Trump wanting to pee on it, I only hope someone good can step up to the plate and challenge Trump in the primaries. Unlikely to happen so Trump remains much better than any of the Socialist Democrats.
