Hey guys, appreciate the concern. Sorry for going MIA. There were a couple of setbacks to be overcome. With a little luck, and some good medical assistance, they?re about beaten. Now I?m working on playing catch-up for the time I lost, getting my dad back on track and sorting out the backed up stuff at work. It?s been a humbling experience having to ask for/accept help lifting, hauling, caring for my critters, etc from others. My entire life I?ve always prided myself on being 100% independent in all things. This experience has really opened my eyes to the fact that, despite our best efforts to the contrary, at times we all need an occasional hand from those around us. Now, more than ever, I have learned the true value of the friendships developed, not only close to home but here on GB as well. 0 -

I can relate to the "100% independent at all times," Mantra.
I try and live by that. My Eye surgeries humbled me in that respect. I need to have a sleep study/CPap machine worked out. I need to get a Colonoscopy, etc. etc. None of which I could/can do by myself.
Too bad Buddy can not drive.
Get better/heal up quickly Brother.
