"We cannot let those killed in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, die in vain. Likewise for those so seriously wounded. We can never forget them, and those many who came before them. Republicans and Democrats must come together and get strong background checks, perhaps marrying....
...this legislation with desperately needed immigration reform. We must have something good, if not GREAT, come out of these two tragic events!"

Said it from Day 1 that he would do this and was excoriated on here for saying so. How dare I besmirch the greatest man on Earth. And there?s enough spineless Republicans that just might vote for this.....especially if the Democrats cave a little on the wall. The 8 year assault on the 2nd Amendment is over. :roll: 0 -

Just look where this topic just got moved to, this is a current event, more current and relevant than all the "mass shootin" topics that should all be combined into one topic and put into politics.
