no contact after sales

HEY< anybody having problems completing sales, buying selling???
last month bought a 2-sum SIG SAURER the guy never contacted me???? I just sold a sig FCU and buyer has not contacted me??? (8-1) everything on gb is current?!? any suggestions??

  Did you need contact from them?
  I've had sellers that I used BIN and they had GB checkout, I paid and received the item a few days later and never heard a peep from them.
  
  I've also had sellers, that with the same BIN and GB Checkout that sent payment receipt and shipping updates, which I do appreciate.
