Gold bond body and foot powder with menthol...

Loose fitting shorts and oversized T-shirts...

White or gray or light blue or pale yellow colors (no black)...

Stay hydrated - cool water in copious amounts at regular intervals...

A Hollywood shower before bed time...

Proper foot care and good socks...

A small shoulder bag / pack with a change of T-shirt and shorts and socks and a good dry spray neutral fragrance deodorant in a can...

Hair neat and trim - short cut and off the neck...

    Fans when relaxing or sleeping...

    Camel back...

Gatorade or other better sports drinks...

    Under armor...

Keep up your salt level - avoid potassium deficiency...

A golf towel with a belt clip...

Avoid direct sunlight - seek shade when possible...

Confine activity to dawn and dusk to avoid the worst heat and sun exposure...

Eat lighter meals or snacks high in protein 5 times a day...

Intermittent fasting can work for some...

    Baby wipes are essential...

Just some pointers from an east coast littoral new Jersey resident used to killer heat and humidity seasonally.

    Mike

Good advise there Mike! I lived my entire life without air conditioning. Then about 4 years ago, my new place had it and I can no longer seem to live without it! Guess it made a woose out of me. But then, life is supposed to get better for us in our autumn years!

Highly recommend sitting on the shore of one of the many Great lakes that surround Michigan. Those bodies of water don't warm up until September (and Lk Superior remains a BIG heat sink all year round)

    Does it snow year round?

I was warned by a local in Steamboat about the ability of the weather to change inside 45 minutes. I (a flat lander) didn't believe him until I experienced it one day. Went from tee shirt weather to freezing rain in an hour. Watched 4 different 'fronts' come in from 4 different directions (Steamboat is in a bowl). Climbed up to Rabbit Ear Pass (9000 ft elv) and into the clouds. Got to Walton to be greeted by snow - Sept 14th 1994 IIRC)
