SD card ?

anyone know how to delete the pictures off a 32 GB sd card.
I never had a bit of trouble on my old computer. using windows 10 now and can not remove the pictures.
I tried downloading them on the computer and with the card still in place I can delete them from the computer but not the card.
done got pissed and threw one away

    Is the little slide tab on the card itself protecting it?

    In windows 10 uncheck the QUICK FORMAT box when you see format options the click on format and get up and walk away. May take several minutes for the green bar to start the format.

    Sometimes when a SD card gets corrupted a QUICK FORMAT will not erase the pic's. (Quick format is the default format method usually when using windows 10)

    If the card is from a game camera that has the format function use the game camera format. Sometimes if a card is corrupted the Game camera will not get er dun and you have to use the computer.If the long format method does not erase the card is usually no longer functional. If card is from Wal mart return the card for a refund or exchange or try a wal mart nerd. ;)

    Click on one pic to highlight it.
    Control A will highlight all of them.
    Then, while holding the control button, hit D.

    It's the lock tab on the side of the SD card. Slide it forward.

    this is all I see when I insert the card. the tab is in the unlock position
