  It is set right, if you set the right thingy in your set up majiger.
  
  I set mine. Have no idea how.
  I just kinda stumbled across it after the big changeover of ought 19.

  Click on your user name, go to user control panel. Then click on board preferences, then edit global settings button.
  
  It's at the bottom of that page.
