if aiming to high, try holding at 6 oclock position..............0 -
Why not? I have a Simmons pistol scope on my 6? 629. While I shoot only my reloads, every time I get it out, it?s still on zero.
However, I wouldn?t try any optic on my 3? 629.0 -

The purpose of a dot is to get really fast sight picture for follow on shots.
I dont know many 44 mag shooters real concerned about their splits.
If you think it will help you go from .25 down to .18 knock yourself out.0 -
I don't know what a SIG Romeo 4S is and I don't even know what a S&W 629 looks like. I think you should buy 3 of each and spray paint them black.

After a little skepticism, I am very pleased with the sig Romeo series. I have 3 4s and one 5. Haven?t tried on a heavy recoiling pistol but I?ll wager no problems. And if you do they?ll fix it 0 -

Or, the reason most of the grit eating world would do it, is to hunt with it.
Who gives a poop about time on a hunting pistol?0 -
That is pretty much my exact point- other than being a novelty on a hunting pistol it isn?t really bringing anything to the table except some very small electronic components, a battery, glass, and a little extra weight.
If finding the front sight is the problem a $50 pair of prescription safety glasses can fix that.diver-rig wrote:Warbirds wrote:The purpose of a dot is to get really fast sight picture for follow on shots.
