There is also a man who lived about one mile from me who molested two small girls. I've been to his auto body shop on business several times.
He was arrested in 2002 and kept telling everyone around that it was a frame up. His wife divorced him.
Finally, his trial came up in 2012 after he kept getting delays on his trial. The jury found him guilty of five counts, some of beastly acts on the young girls.
Judge sentenced him to FOUR life sentences plus 20 years. According to the local paper, the judge talked to him like he was a dog during the sentencing. Explaining to him how he had violated the small girls and the judge said that he would make sure this inmate would never get out of prison to hurt anyone again.
Local community members are waiting to see if the inmates take justice into their hands on him.

years ago a friend of mine , church going air force veteran was accused by his daughter of molesting her...he said no way...his wife divorced him took the kids, don't think he did jail but cannot remember, ostracized by his family....nasty time and i remember the daughter out here before all this when they would visit and she helped me on a tractor cab project.....several years later daughter admitted she made it all up ????????? to late, damage done 0 -

Those that levy false accusations should suffer the consequences of the accusations. Lie about molestation and get the same jail time a molester would get. Lie about rape and get a rapist?s sentence.
Too many people are getting away with falsely ruining someone?s life.0 -

I would be "All In," for this.
My best friend, (former 2/75th Ranger.) Was falsley accused of "Domestic Violence," by his now Ex Wife. (Cheated on him.) He filed for divorce.
They took all of his firearms. It took him about 7 years of Court action to get them back. She finally admitted that it had never happened. Consequences? Nope.
Bitter?
