What to do with Extra Peaches?

Beyond giving them away.

I am about to be the recipient of apprx. 800 - 1K of Peaches here in the next few weeks. Trees are absolutely loaded down.

I'd like to maintain/preserve some.

What is the best way to do so?

Any help appreciated.

When you've put away all you can for yourself. see if there's a homeless shelter that will take them. I bet they could go through a bushel a day.

I have made 40 gallons of peach wine. Ten gallons a batch, made over 4 years. Some years, it was great. Some years, it was mediocre.

Dehydrate what you don't eat.

Or make some peach brandy Ill come up and help you drink it
