I have the CASH to buy one.

So do I. Several times over. So what?

    It's not for me, thanks.
I don't, still for that kind of money I could think of other things I would like to have first, was never into fancy cars, I knew long ago I would never be rich, and as long as I can keep the bill collector off of the front porch I know I am doing just fine..... to each their own

Someone on another site posted the cutaway GM had at the opening ceremony. Corvette is very well engineered

Government Motors is boasting under 3 seconds 0-60mph. It has to be an electrical assist to accomplish it I bet off the line.A naturally aspirated engine is what they say it is over the axle. But who knows for now.

Corvette chief engineer Tadge Juechter proudly proclaimed that this is the first Corvette to use a mid-engine layout, given the clear limitations GM was coming up against with the outgoing front-engine, rear-drive design. But for all the changes to the C8, he made a point of the car?s naturally aspirated small-block V-8.

Bang for the buck I think GM knocked it out of the park. This will probably kill the sales of the new Toyota.. ahem... BMW Supra.

The only way I'll buy one is if they get Dale Jr. to sign the dash. Could you imagine what one would sell for if Dale Sr. were alive and signed the dash?

0nly way l'll buy one is if 'DALE SENIOR' signs it

Postings abroad says the Netherlands, France will most likely be twice the price. Australia 2.5 times or so.
