    Most of what you are sensing is condensation. Your skin is colder on the outside than the ambient temp. H20 being polar is attracted to the charge on your skin.

    I have noticed that there are more dirty cloudy days now with humidity being very high constantly until the sun goes down in the evening. And when it rains here the storms carry more radical lightning patterns also.

    It was so hot here this morning, I fried two eggs and 5 strips of bacon on the hood of my car.

    The humidity level was so high, I swished a cup quickly thru the air and it filled with water, added some ground coffee and sat down under the shade of a huge cottonwood tree for breakfast of eggs, bacon and coffee.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Heard that someone in SC boiled some water to cool it down.

    Mowed about 2 acres today. The bahia grass (weeds) was over 2 feet tall, so had to go over it all twice. The heat index was 106, but at least there was a nice breeze. Several field mice managed to escape, but a 20" copperhead didn't.

    a lot of times those short showers only seem to make it worse as the water is boiled right back out of the ground and humidity seems to be twice as bad afterwards as before.......
