    +1
Part of that interview sounds nearly word for word like what Rocky told my family and I earlier this spring when we had the privilege of meeting and talking with him.
    Exceptional man.

    Oh...wait.

Hey man, it was a great interview and you present very well. My daughter is on a track where her goal is to work for NASA. She is entering her sr. year of HS this year with plans to attend the University of Washington majoring in Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It has been three decades since I was with NASA and a lot must have changed. But I can tell you that a young lady who started at Kennedy as an intern recently retired as the Chief of Public Affairs there, a VERY senior position. So the pathway is there.

Think my daughter has a chance at her position?

As I said, Mr P, it has been a long time and much has probably changed. But it is forever true that talented people who are not afraid to work will succeed.

I meant, very tongue in cheek, "right now?" heh. Anyway. Thanks for your notes on this. I am just encouraging her to work hard as you note and I have no doubt she can accomplish anything.

The best place to order them either print or ebook is here http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/rraab "Baggy" is volume one.

I offer them signed from my own supply. $30 includes Priority Mail shipping. (I had to raise that with the latest Postal Orifice price increases) PM me with your desired salutation and address.

Quite the accomplishments, Rocky. I've heard about your flight time in Vietnam here over the years, but never knew about the NASA stuff. Pretty damn neat knowing we have a national treasure in our midst here. 8-)
