I long for the days when the talking heads just reported the "news" and not spun it in to their slant.

Since they're "competing" with youtube and other online sources they have to cater to their base. Odd how news channel has to stroke their base.

The democrats have joined together over the last half-century in a move of solidarity, so the strategy of keeping the republicans and anyone else highly offended continues to be extraordinarily effective as the last election proved to the world. And although some democrats don't like being associated with the actively racist black, Hispanics, queers, feminists, etc., from the Black Caucus and NAACP, BLM, to the laughingly Fake ANTIFA organization, whose members no doubt make up the worst Nazi organization in America...they keep their mouths shut and support anyone who votes democrat. On the other hand, all too many republicans are scared stiff of being associated with like white organizations who literally fight their battles for them in one fashion or another, 24/7. Again, all too many, simply cannot bring themselves to speak up in support of, for example, the cause of the Charlottesville-defenders - not even to their lifelong friends - their minds are that crippled. Should we remain as fractured as we are today in terms of acting in solidarity with other folks who fight our battles come 2020...we not only stand to lose a battle for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but the war, itself. What we need to remember above all else at this time is the highly effective strategy that the democrats display, and that is...they know well the tried and true sayings of, "My enemy's enemy is my friend" or "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." One does not have to be a rocket scientist to see how important this was when the Russians helped us to defeat the ANTIFA types that ruled Germany during WWII.
