  I'm sorry Brother, I am very sporadic about checking my mail. (Had this conversation today with my Cardiologists office.) They scheduled an appointment for me, without my knowledge - and notified me by mail.
  
  Sorry Brother. I was thinking about this today, and that I needed to check my box. (About 1/10th mi. away from my house.)
  
  I will check it tommorrow.
