    Maybe introduce a ban or register screwdrivers over 3 inches would help the problem for sure.

    The officer had already written the ticket. Which means, he had already informed headquarters of the license plate of the truck, and the driver's CDL. This guy had been identified six ways to Sunday, and then he tries to kill the officer?
