sonic mouse deterants????

Has anybody here ever used these devices?? Did they work??

I've been told the mouse problems in this area are much worse than normal this year. No doubt in my mind!! My detached garage is inundated with the nasty little boogers and the poison (Ramik) I have put out doesn't seem to bother them in any way.

So back to the original question. Have you tried one of these devices?? Did it work?? If so, how quick?? If it worked, what brand did you use??

They have pizzed all over my tools!!!!! :x I did want the little bastages GRAVEYARD DEAD!!! :twisted: I will now happily settle for them disappearing!!!

    There have been posts in the past where people said they were VERY good and well worth every penny. I keep saying I'm going to get some, but I keep forgetting.

    I have three of them, two Plummer Terriers and a Jack Russel Terrier. They also make a really good alarm system. They are my sonic Mouse deterrents and I'm their bark actuated door opener.

    Yes they do work!

    I have a carport, a basement, and a crawl space. I have been battling rats for 23 years up here and I have killed dozens of 'em. And I will kill seven of them in two weeks, wipe 'em out, and then 3 months later, they are back.
    Last summer they began making a big nest on the engine of my new Nissan pickup, and chewing on the wires. That was it!

    I installed electronic rat repellers last October.

    Here's a good one, just plug it in. I buy 'em off of Amazon and I get different models I figure each one has a slightly different frequency. Go to Amazon and find one with a good four star or five star review and buy it.

    These are the two I have in the carport. The little white one is a real cheapo, I bought a four-pack at the hardware store for 30 bucks. It is the Victor Pestchaser.

    The Attack Wave Pestrepeller This is a good one I think it cost $25.

    I have 5 of these in the basement, and 2 in the dogtrot basement, and 3 in the crawl space of the original log cabin, and two more in the carport. Yes, I have 12 of these. Some cost $50 and some cost just $8 each.
    I spent $350 on these electronic devices, best money I ever spent. See, the rats love the firewood stack in the carport. And they love to come into the basement. They really love the crawl space, where they have pulled most of the fiberglass insulation out of the ceiling, to make nests. And the rats like to go from the crawl space, out into the carport, and back into the basement.

    By installing so many of these devices, it denies them access to all of these places, and they just go away.
    Takes a couple of weeks to run 'em off after you install the electronic devices. I have been plagued with rats for 22 years, but now I have been rat-free for 9 months.
