    25 million is the entire population of these cities:

    (city, millions)
    New York 8.4
    Los Angeles 4.0

    Even if the number were 11 it would be too many.

    Its jobs taken from your freinds. Its votes for carpetbaggers. Burdens on emergency rooms and highway dangerous uninsured drivers.

    All around menaces to society. Even at #1.

    Don't know, but the numbers are for Texas, not the remaining border states that also have a similar problem.
