Where Is The National Headquarters For.... Snowflakes?

I just assumed it was San Francisco, but other places are vying for the title.
Portland, Seattle, Denver, LA, Austin, etc.

Howabout the state headquarters in your state. Here in Virginia, I'm guessing its Charlottesville.

this one chica at work was talking about Hot Springs Village (?) Arkansas. (or some suburb north of Hot Springs) she thought she was bragging it up, while I made a mental note to avoid the place. not only snowflakey it sounded like a rainbow-colored snow cone.
