I think it was both of them that tried to rig the election.
To me Obama did nothing to stop any russian meddling and he was in charge so to me everything falls back to him. Im sure Hillary knew of the situation.
Obama is the one who put all the characters in the top jobs to look after everything. So i blame Obama and then Hillary.

I blame the "Patriot Act"........the abuse people were worried from it's passage has been on display for the past 2 years and no one has realized it yet. Privacy, right or wrong exist no more, everything is recorded, even we "Peons" are vulnerable to it's power from the ones who hold the power switch in his hands :evil: 0 -
