Certainly the good folks in wyoming will be a better match.
Cali does not deserve weatherby.0 -
Well, good for Wyoming. I like Weatherby's and have a couple or so. Great rifles. Keep running businesses out like Illinois and well, you have a welfare state like us with me footing the bills. JB Pigster and his hand picked stooges will finish this place off. 0 -
I used to go in their store quite often. Their location in South Gate was only a short distance from the Chrysler assembly plant where I worked. I can't recall if I ever bought any guns there but I did buy quite a few other items. 0 -
l think the winters are a bit cooler in their new location... Likely less traffic too.. Wyoming is a really nice state with lots of prairie dogs among other game.. l wish them well in Wyoming, and YES, they are in a gun friendly state.. While shooting the afore mentioned prairie dogs there a few years back l visited a local WalMart that actually stocked reloading supplies :!: 0ver the years l have been blessed with a WBY or two
btw-Wyoming is also home of Freedom Arms. They make some pretty nice SA Revolvers :!: :!:0 -
Wyoming is a great place, but I couldn't even find a really good restaurant in Sheridan, this is going to be a bit of a culture shock. 0 -
We spent the night in Sheridan back last October on our way home from Seattle. We stayed at the Hampton, Inn on I-90 and it was a nice place. We didn't go looking for restaurants we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. I will say that was the best pizza I've ever gotten from Pizza Hut. 0 -

If you go to Sheridan, your either heading for King ropes, Sheridan tent and awning, or the Mint bar
But now you can put Weatherby on the list.

I was headed for the Little Big Horn Battlefield, having spent a little long at Fort Fetterman. We got dinner at the only restaurant I have ever been in that served a pickle and olive plate as an appetizer. Turned out, it was the best part of the dinner. I probably missed the high points.

I thought they had left a few years ago. Maybe they just made it official. 0
